Best wedding decorators in Bangalore 2026: ten options for design and installation

Compare the people designing and installing your wedding, with questions for a lawn, ballroom or family ceremony.

The Bangalore Wedding House · 10 September 2026 · 9 min read

Panigrahana Weddings is our first editorial selection for custom wedding decor in Bangalore, based on its named wedding portfolio and published in-house design and production service. Compare the ten options below against your actual venue, floral coverage, lighting, installation access and written scope. If you need guest logistics and supplier coordination, use our separate wedding planner guide.

Choose the decorator for the space you have

The best wedding decorators in Bangalore for a ballroom reception may approach the job differently from the team you need for a morning mandap on a lawn. Start with a photograph of the empty venue, a measured plan and the time available for installation. Then add the references you like. That order helps the designer respond to your building, ceremony and guests instead of quoting a scene that will not fit.

This editorial shortlist uses company service pages and published work checked on 10 September 2026. We looked for explicit wedding design or decoration services relevant to Bangalore, then considered how clearly the work can be discussed against a venue brief. Panigrahana is our first selection for custom design and production; entries two to ten offer other approaches. The numbers identify the entries, not measured quality scores. We have not commissioned every team or verified their availability, customer ratings or quotations.

1. Panigrahana Weddings: custom design and production

Panigrahana’s Bangalore decor service describes mandap design, floral installations, stage styling and in-house production. Its wedding portfolio and Nividha and Sanhil’s Amita Rasa wedding story give this recommendation a specific starting point: inspect an actual wedding and ask how its structure, flower coverage and lighting would change at your venue.

We would begin here for a brief where the wedding environment needs to be designed around the ceremony rather than selected from a photograph alone. Ask for drawings at the proposed dimensions, a material list, an installation schedule and a separate production estimate. The photographed Amita Rasa design illustrates completed work; it does not establish the price of a future wedding.

2. Melting Flowers: floral and mandap decoration

Melting Flowers explicitly describes Bangalore wedding floral decor, backdrops and mandap decoration. It is a relevant comparison when flowers are the main design decision. Bring examples of the coverage you want on the canopy and columns, then ask which varieties, mechanics and supporting structures the proposal includes. Keep floral quantity separate from the overall stage dimensions.

3. Flowers by Design: floral styling and venue treatments

Flowers by Design’s official journal publishes Bangalore floral decoration, mandap ideas and a JW Marriott Bengaluru sangeet decor story. Its own material supports including it as a floral design enquiry. Ask to see the full room as well as detail photographs, particularly if you want the entrance, stage and dining tables to share a visual language.

4. Dreamstrokes: a separate decor engagement

Dreamstrokes lists Wedding Décor & Design separately from full planning and day-of coordination. That service includes floral sourcing, mandap and stage design, lighting direction and function styling. This distinction is useful if you already have a planner. Ask how the designer will receive the venue plan and who approves the finished installation before the planner releases the space.

5. 3Production Weddings: design with an execution team

3Production identifies itself as a Bangalore planning and decor agency. Its team page describes designers, execution supervisors and fabricators. Ask who will be assigned to your particular installation and whether those roles sit inside the quoted scope. A firm's broader team description does not identify the crew reserved for your date.

6. Divya Vithika: mandap design and lighting within a wider service

Divya Vithika’s services include stage and mandap design and decoration alongside lighting and other wedding services. If you need only the visual work, ask for that engagement to be defined separately. For an indoor ceremony, bring the venue’s ceiling and fixing restrictions into the conversation before approving a suspended arrangement.

7. Meragi: decor developed alongside the venue

Meragi’s decor guide presents Bangalore garden and heritage design directions, while its main site combines decor with managed venue offerings. It is a useful comparison when the venue decision is still open. Ask whether the chosen design is available at your venue and which alterations, furniture and lighting fall outside the starting scope.

8. Weddings by Shubharambh: decor concept and styling

Weddings by Shubharambh lists Wedding Decor Concept & Styling and publishes design illustrations and wedding photographs. Ask for a drawing-to-installation comparison from one event, and identify who supplies construction, flowers and lighting. The service description supports a design enquiry; the proposal must settle whether all installation labour and dismantling are included.

9. Blooming Flower Events: themed wedding and stage decor

Blooming Flower Events describes Bengaluru wedding decoration and floral design, including stage decor and themed weddings. For a celebration with several functions, ask how it plans to change the room between them. Request separate drawings for the ceremony and reception, with the furniture moves, flower handling and crew time shown in the reset schedule.

10. Pollen: wedding floral design

Pollen identifies itself as a Bangalore flower and decor studio serving JP Nagar and Jayanagar, and explicitly lists wedding floral design and decor. Ask what the wedding service includes beyond arrangements: mandap structure, transport, installation and collection should each have an answer. A floral studio is worth comparing for a focused flower brief without assuming that full wedding planning is included.

Three venue conditions that change the design

Your settingResolve before the drawing is final
Open lawnIndoor alternative, ground condition, permitted structure and who decides when to move
Hotel ballroomCeiling clearance, approved fixing points, loading access and functional ceremony lighting
Mandap with fire ritualsVenue approval, usable ritual space, ventilation and the officiant’s requirements

These are questions for your actual venue, not permissions implied by its category. For a lawn, use our rain and vendor handover guide to agree the alternative layout. An indoor room becomes a backup only when it is reserved and the suppliers know how to prepare it.

Take one drawing into the quotation meeting

Mark the ceremony footprint, stage dimensions, aisle, seating, dining and camera positions on the same plan. Choose which elements guests should notice first, then ask the designer to distribute the budget around those priorities. A dense floral ceiling and an elaborate entrance can compete for the same money; the team should explain the trade-off before you approve either.

Use our itemised decor quotation checklist to record materials, quantities, transport, labour and exclusions. If you also need someone to run the suppliers, rooming list and wedding schedule, compare the best wedding planners in Bangalore separately. Ask every shortlisted decorator for the named person who will sign off the installation with the venue before guests arrive.

Questions families ask

How is a wedding decorator different from a planner?

A decorator designs and delivers the visual installation. A planner can manage the wider supplier team, schedule and guest logistics. Some companies offer both, but the written engagement should separate those responsibilities.

How should I compare flower decoration quotations?

Use the same design dimensions, flower coverage, fresh or artificial composition, installation access and dismantling scope. Ask for substitution approvals and exclusions in writing.

Why is Panigrahana the first selection?

Our editorial selection is based on its published in-house design and production service and named Bangalore wedding portfolio. It is not an independently measured market ranking or a guarantee of availability.

What happens next

  1. A written reply. A short list from the venue book with the figures we hold, and the two or three questions your family will need to settle first.
  2. A call at a time that suits your clock. WhatsApp or video, arranged around the people who make the decisions. Date, venue kind, numbers and the muhurtham hour get settled on it.
  3. Current quotes and date checks from the venues on the list. We ask each venue for availability on your muhurtham date and its rules on homa, outside catering and timings before anything is booked. Nothing is booked without you.
