The ownership, up front

The Bangalore Wedding House is the Bangalore city brand of Wedvitez Planners Private Limited, the company behind Panigrahana Weddings. Your contract and your invoice come from that legal entity. We put this on every page rather than in a footnote, because a family once nearly walked away from us over exactly this confusion, and we would prefer that never happen again.

Why a separate Bangalore brand at all

The parent studio plans weddings across six destinations. This site does one thing: Bangalore, at street level — the quarter-by-quarter venue book, the rates venues here actually quote, the mantapa-versus-hotel arithmetic that only matters in this city. A family marrying in Whitefield does not need Bali on the menu.

What the company brings

It was founded by an architect and has run more than five hundred weddings since 2016, across twelve countries. Design is done in-house: a six-person design team works each wedding alongside the two founders, and the structures are drawn and built for the event rather than pulled from a rental catalogue. The studio doing this is based in Bangalore — this brand is the home game.

The group runs two sister city studios the same way: The Goa Wedding Co. in Goa and The Kerala Wedding Collective in Kerala. A family choosing between the three states gets the same team and the same venue-book honesty in each.

What we hold on Bangalore, precisely

108 venues on file across five city quarters and the drive-away belt. Confirmed guest capacity for 108 of them, room counts for 94, and indicative rates for 103. Small, checkable numbers — the alternative is the round, unverifiable figure every wedding site carries, and a family that has read four of those pages can no longer tell any of us apart.

Two rules we run this site by

A blank stays blank. Where a capacity or a rate is not on our file, the page says so rather than showing a plausible number, because that number would eventually be quoted back at us in a negotiation.

Nobody else's photographs of a venue. Where a picture on a venue page is ours, it comes from our own studio's library and was looked at and verified before it was published. Where we have not shot a venue ourselves, the page carries a licensed image of the setting, captioned as representative — never passed off as the property. We do not lift a venue's own photographs, and we do not take them from a listing site.
